Yogurt Nog recipe

A blender-quick and easy yogurt ‘nog’.

Recipe: Yogurt Nog

1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup cold milk
2 large fresh eggs*
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Pinch of saltNutmeg for sprinkling

  • Combine all ingredients in blender container.Cover and blend until thoroughly mixed.
  • Serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg, ifdesired.

    Makes 3 servings.

    *Note: Please exercise caution when usingraw eggs that are uncooked in prepared food (see FoodSafety). We suggest using a pasteurized egg product for thisrecipe.
