Yam Dip recipe

Mashed yams (or sweet potatoes) are combinedwith plain yogurt and dry onion soup mix to create a deliciousand good-for-you healthy dip.

Recipe: Yam Dip

1 pint nonfat plain yogurt
1 package dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup fresh yams (sweet potatoes), cooked and mashed or 1/2(15-ounce) can yams, drained and mashed

  • Mix ingredients together and chill.Serve with fresh vegetables.

    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
