1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix1 (6-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding4 large eggs3/4 cup vegetable oil3/4 cup sherry1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • Combine all the ingredients and beat well.Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to45 minutes.
  • Cool slightly then turn out onto a plate.Glaze:Powdered sugarLemon juice
  • Mix together to a desired consistency.When the cake is cooled completely you candrizzle with the glaze. Happy cooking!
