Easy, orange-scented white chocolate creamcheese fudge.
Recipe: White Chocolate-OrangeFudge
2 pounds white chocolate, melted
Line a 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan withlightly buttered waxed paper or aluminum foil. Set aside.
Beat cream cheese into melted chocolateuntil well blended. Beat in powdered sugar until mixture is smooth.Stir in orange extract and orange peel (if using).
Spread in prepared dish and chill untilfirm. Carefully remove fudge from pan using the edges of thefoil. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
6 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon orange extract1 teaspoon grated orange zest (optional)
Makes about 3 pounds candy.
