White Chocolate Chip Brownies recipe

These yummy, super easy ‘brownies’ aremade with crushed vanilla wafers, both semisweet and white chocolate,sweetened condensed milk and vanilla…and that’s it!

Recipe: White Chocolate ChipBrownies

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Lightly butter a 9-inch square pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips over low heat untilsmooth; set aside to cool completely.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together wafercrumbs and condensed milk. Thoroughly blend in melted chocolateand vanilla. Stir in white chocolate; mix well.
  • Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutesor until firm and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool and cut into bars.

    Makes 24 brownies.
