Recipe: White Bean Salad
1 (15 1/2-ounce) can navy beans, drainedand rinsed
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped vegetable such as green pepper, red onions, ortomatoes2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
Makes 3 servings.
Tip: Add sliced kalamata olives for moredelicious flavor.
