1/3 pound bow-tie pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 pound fresh white mushrooms, sliced
1/2 pound fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems discarded and capssliced
1 large garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons red-wine vinegar
1/2 cup low-salt chicken broth
3/4 cup frozen baby peas, thawed
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 pound radicchio, shredded (about 2 cups)
1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
