Waldorf Salad

Apples, celery, and pecans add full flavor,color and texture to this Waldorf Salad. The lime, honey andcranberries add a delightful contrasting sweet and sour flavor.

Recipe: Waldorf Salad

1 (7.6-ounce) can NESTL MediaCrema3 tablespoons fresh lime juice2 tablespoons honey1/2 teaspoon salt2 green apples, cut into wedges and slicedinto small triangles2 celery stalks, sliced1 cup halved red grapes1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup dried cranberries6 red cabbage or lettuce leaves

  • Combine media crema, lime juice, honeyand salt in medium bowl; set aside.
  • Combine green apples, celery, grapes,nuts and cranberries in large bowl. Pour media crema sauce overapple mixture. Toss until well combined. Refrigerate for 2 hoursbefore serving. Serve inside red cabbage leaves.
