2 cups boiling water
2 (3.25-ounce each) packages lemon gelatin
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 medium red apple, cored and chopped
1/2 cup sliced celery1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
