Very Berry Salad recipe

Enjoy this summers’ bounty collection offruits while you can.

Recipe: Very Berry Salad

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup red raspberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
1 teaspoon almond extract

  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries,red raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. Add yogurt andalmond extract. Carefully fold into the berries. Refrigerateuntil serving time.

    Makes 8 servings.
