Vegetarian Summer Pasta Salad

This cool and refreshing three cheese tortelliniand veggie salad is quick, easy and quite tasty!

Recipe: Vegetarian SummerPasta Salad

1 (20-ounce) package BUITONI RefrigeratedThree Cheese Tortellini, prepared according to package directions1 (16-ounce) package frozen Florentine-stylevegetables, cooked according to package directions, cooled1/2 cup dried cranberries3/4 cup light ranch dressing

  • Combine pasta, vegetables, cranberriesand dressing in large serving bowl; toss gently. Season withsalt and ground black pepper. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Makes 10 servings.
