Vegetable Ravioli Salad.

This toss-together salad features ravioli,vegetables and Italian-style greens.

Recipe: Vegetable RavioliSalad

1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI® FourCheese Ravioli, cooked, drained and rinsed in cold water
1 (10-ounce) package Italian-blend torn mixed salad greens
1 cup broccoli florets
3/4 cup snow pea pods
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups bottled peppercorn ranch salad dressing

  • Arrange salad greens on serving platter.Top with pasta and vegetables. Drizzle with dressing before serving.

    Makes 4 servings.

    Why doesn t everyone make pasta salad using ravioli! Best idea ever. I also did NOT know it isn t kosher to eat pasta salad year round. so. Oppsies.
