A tasty substitute for the same old barbecuesauce. Use on roasts or chops. When glazing ribs, baste the last30 minutes of cooking time to avoid burning.
Recipe: Two-Mustard HoneyGlaze
1 cup honey
1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
1/2 cup stone-ground mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
