Turkey Tortilla Wraps recipe

Turn your leftover turkey into a quickand easy tasty turkey wrap.

Recipe: Turkey Tortilla Wraps

2 cups Honeysuckle White Whole Turkey,cooked, cubed (or use any other cooked turkey)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups salsa (use half for topping)
4 ounces light sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Saut onion in oil over mediumheat for 2 minutes. Add turkey and mushrooms and cook 3 minutes.Add 1 cup salsa and heat thoroughly. Add 3/4 cup grated cheddarcheese and heat until it melts. Remove from heat. Warm tortillasfor 30 seconds on each side in an ungreased frying pan.
  • Spread a layer of turkey mixture. Addsour cream and salsa. Roll, cut in half and serve.
