Turkey Florentine.

Team this tasty dish with seasoned riceand cranberry sauce. If your family likes mushrooms, try usingcream of mushroom soup.

Recipe: Turkey Florentine

2 (12-ounce) packages frozen spinach souffl ,defrosted according to package directions – divided use
1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
3 tablespoons dry sherry or milk
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese – divided use
1 1/2 cups diced, cooked turkey – divided use

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine soup, sherry and 1 tablespooncheese in small bowl. Spoon ½ package spinach soufflinto 9×5-inch baking pan. Top with 1/3 turkey and 1/3 soup mixture;repeat two more times, ending with remaining spinach soufflon top. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.

    Makes 4 servings.
