Tropical Fruit Salad recipe

Tropical Fruit Salad.

A colorful, fresh tropical fruit saladtossed with raspberry vinaigrette.

Recipe: Tropical Fruit Salad

2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
1 fresh avocado, cubed
1 fresh mango, cubed
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
1 cup dried banana chips, cracked
1/2 cup Ren e’s Gourmet Raspberry Vinaigrette or PoppySeed Dressing
2 tablespoons toasted pecans
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons pink marinated ginger slices
Juice of 1/2 fresh lime

  • Cut up pineapple, avocado and mango; addbanana chips, coriander, raspberry vinaigrette or poppy seeddressings and nuts. Mix gently, adding fresh lime juice.
  • Serve on platter adding ginger slicesand toasted sesame seeds as garnish.

    Makes 4 to 6 servings.

    Nutrition Information Per Serving: 45 calories,1.5g fat, less than 5mg cholesterol, 260mg sodium, 7g carbohydrate,1g dietary fiber, 3g protein.

    Looks like a delicious fruit salad. I just have a question on the points. Why are you quoting 3 ww points plus if fruit is Zero- the coconut seems minimal if the serving size is 10?
