Tropical Fruit Punch recipe

Pour yourself a glass of this TropicalFruit Punch and transport yourself to a pristine beach with palmtrees and clear blue water! A refreshing drink with a hint offresh ginger.

Recipe: Tropical Fruit Punch

2 cups diced mango
2 cups diced pineapple
2 (11.5-ounce) cans Banana Pineapple KERNS® from LIBBY’SAll Nectar, divided use
2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger
2 cups ice cubes, or desired amount
1 cup PERRIER® Sparkling Natural Mineral Water

  • Place mango, pineapple, 1 can nectar andginger in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into large pitcher; add remainingnectar. Add ice and Perrier; stir.

    Makes 8 servings.

    The frozen fruit ring was very easy to make, but I thought the part of the punch that wasn t frozen was sorta bland. Everyone at my party enjoyed it, even if it wasn t my favorite punch.
