Tropical Avocado Smoothie.Refresh yourselfon a hot day with this delicious drink from the Pacific Oceancoastal city of Buenaventura, Colombia.

Recipe: Tropical AvocadoSmoothie

Pulp of 1 medium avocado
2 (12-ounce) cans NESTL ® CARNATION® EvaporatedLowfat 2% Milk, chilled *
1/4 cup granulated sugar or to taste
1 teaspoon grated lime zest (optional)
Crushed ice (optional)

  • Place avocado, evaporated milk, sugarand lime zest in blender container; cover. Blend for 30 to 45seconds until smooth.
  • Serve in tall glasses. Top with crushedice, if desired.

    Makes 4 to 5 servings.

    Note: If a thinner drink is desired, blendin 1 cup ice cubes with drink ingredients.

    * May use 2 (12-ounce) cans CARNATION EvaporatedFat Free Milk instead of Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk.
