1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup chopped nuts
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
