Triple-Chip Chippers.

A tasty, reduced-sugar chocolate chip cookiewith a “triple treat”.

Recipe: Triple-Chip Chippers

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 cup (2 sticks) light butter, softened1/4 cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking1/2 cup packed SPLENDA® Brown SugarBlend for Baking1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 large eggs1 cup (6 ounces) NESTL ® TOLLHOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels1/2 cup NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Butterscotch Flavored Morsels1/2 cup NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®Premier White Morsels

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt insmall bowl. Beat butter, SPLENDA® Sugar Blend for Baking,SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend and vanilla extract in large mixerbowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well aftereach addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels.Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until lightgolden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove towire racks to cool completely.

    Makes 48 (4 dozen) cookies.
