Recipe: Triple Berry Refresher
1 (12-ounce) can NESTL ® CARNATION®Evaporated Milk
1 (6 or 8-ounce) container berry-flavored lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh strawberry halves or blackberries
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
10 to 12 ice cubes
Makes 4 servings.
- Slightly thawed frozen unsweetenedor lightly sweetened berries may be substituted.
- For a lighter beverage, CARNATION EvaporatedMilk may be substituted with CARNATION Low Fat 2% or Fat FreeEvaporated Milk.
