Transylvania Punch recipe

Just add cherry gelatin to lemon-lime carbonatedbeverage for Halloween fun.

Recipe: Transylvania Punch

2 cups water
1 (3-ounce) package cherry-flavored gelatin
4 (12-ounce) cans lemon-lime carbonated beverage or ginger ale,chilled

  • In a medium saucepan bring 2 cups waterto boiling. Transfer to a bowl. Add gelatin and stir until gelatinis dissolved. Cover and chill 4 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, pour about 1 cup of ginger aleinto a glass. Add a spoonful of the chilled gelatin. (Gelatinshould float atop beverage.) If desired, stir together just beforedrinking.

    Makes 6 servings.
