4 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups long-grain rice
1 (14-ounce) can NESTL LA LECHERA 50% Less Sugar SweetenedCondensed Dairy Product
1 cup fat free milk
2 cinnamon sticks
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
