Tomato Borsch Cocktail recipe

A healthy and delicious vegetable beverageserved chilled with a dollop of sour cream.

Recipe: Tomato Borsch Cocktail

1 cup tomato juice
3/4 cup beet juice (1 pound jar beets, drained)
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon onion juice
Sour cream

  • In a bowl mix together all ingredientsexcept sour cream. Chill.
  • Serve in glasses or mugs topped with adollop of sour cream.

    Makes 2 servings.
