Toffee Crunch Cookies recipe

Scrumptious crunchy cookies loaded withtoffee bits and pecans.

Recipe: Toffee Crunch Cookies

1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 cup butter or margarine3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar1 large egg1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 cups toffee bits (such as Heath BrickleBits)1/3 cup coarsely chopped pecans

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, cream butter. Addsugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until smoothand creamy. Stir in dry ingredients; blend in toffee bits andpecans.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls 2-inches apartonto greased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 12 to 15minutes or until golden brown. Remove from baking sheets andcool on wire racks.

    Makes 3 dozen.

    Maria! Haven t been in your space forever but I love that the t thing I se are cookies with toffee! Loooove me some toffee. Could swim in it if I could . and then my teeth would fall out! nice work! Have you tried the new Trader Joe s dark chocolate toffee bar? It s incredible and as soon as I can get my hands on more bars, I m going to make toffee cookies with them!
