Recipe: Three Cheese CrabQuesadillas
1 1/2 cups (8-ounces) fresh, cooked orchopped imitation crab meat
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese – divided use
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (12-ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce – divided use
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
8 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortillas
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons if needed – divided use
