Recipe: Tangy Mango Cooler

1 (11.5-ounce) can mango nectar, chilled
3/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
3 tablespoons dark rum
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 cups ice cubes
2 lime wedges, (optional)

  • Combine nectar, pineapple juice, rum andlime juice in small pitcher. Fill glasses with ice; top withnectar mixture. Serve with wedge of lime.

    Makes 2 servings.
