Swiss and Parmesan Bruschetta recipe

Swiss and Parmesan Bruschetta.

Thin slices of toasted French bread arespread with a mixture of cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, Swissand Parmesan cheeses and green onions and broiled until bubblyand golden brown.

Recipe: Swiss and ParmesanBruschetta

1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Swiss cheese
1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 loaf French bread

  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredientsexcept bread; stir to blend.
  • Slice French bread into 1/2-inch slices;toast.
  • Spread with cheese mixture.
  • Broil 4 to 5 minutes, until bubbly andlightly browned.
  • Serve warm.

    Makes 12 servings.
