SWIRLED™ Cookie Pie recipe

Swirled Cookie Pie.

This delicious dessert tastes just as goodwhen made with any morsel flavor.

Recipe: SWIRLED™ CookiePie

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 2/3 cups (10 ounce package) NESTL ® TOLL HOUSE®SWIRLED™ Semi-Sweet & Premier White Morsels – divideduse
Vanilla ice cream
NESTL NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Syrup

  • Preheat oven to 325ºF (160ºC).Grease 9-inch pie plate.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt insmall bowl. Beat butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanillaextract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add egg and beat well.Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in 1 cup morsels. Pressdough into prepared pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining morsels.
  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until centeris set and top is golden brown. Cool pan on wire rack for about20 minutes or until still slightly warm.
  • Serve warm with topped with ice creamand drizzled with Nesquik.

    Makes 8 servings.

    This recipe was inspired by an entry into this years Pillsbury Bake-Off, which I was lucky enough to be able to attend last month in Las Vegas. Or no cookie dough and add chocolate chips to the brownie batter?
