A festive salad mixture of fall fruits,apple, pear and orange with fresh soybeans (also known as edamame),dried cranberries and walnuts tossed with a sweet orange andpoppy seed dressing.
Recipe: Sweet Caroline’sFall Festival Salad
1 (7-ounce) package iceberg or romainelettuce mix1 Macintosh apple
1 Bartlett pear
2 naval oranges, peeled
1/4 pound smoked gouda cheese
1/4 cup fresh soybeans (or lima beans), cooked
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup walnut pieces
3/4 cup Carolines Sweet Orange Poppy Seed Dressing
