Lightly sweet dinner yeast rolls.
Recipe: Sweet Buns
1 (1/4-ounce) package active dry yeastor 2 1/2 teaspoons
In a large mixing bowl combine yeast,sugar and salt. Add butter, then hot water. Add eggs. Mix in1 cup flour. Continue to add 5 cups of flour, as needed, onecup at a time. Mix well.
Turn onto a floured surface. Knead untilsmooth. Shape into a ball and turn in a greased bowl. Cover witha damp towel; allow to rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
Shape into buns or rolls. Divide betweentwo 9-inch round baking pans. Let rise another 25 minutes untildoubled in size.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 to20 minutes. Serve warm.

6 cups all-purpose or bread flour
Makes 2 dozen.
