Recipe: Sweet and Sour SpinachSalad
2 pounds (6 cups) spinach, rinsed, stemmedand chopped
8 ounces bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 pound (1 1/2 cup) mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
2 cups sliced hulled strawberries
4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup bottled sweet-and-sour sauce
1 (11-ounce) can Mandarin orange sections, drained
Makes 12 servings.
