Surprise Prize Cupcakes.

These yummy, chocolatey cupcakes have asurprise in the center – chocolate chip cookie dough!

Recipe: Surprise Prize Cupcakes

1 (18.25-ounce) package plain chocolatecake mix1 1/3 cups water3 large eggs1/3 cup vegetable oil1 (16.5-ounce) package NESTL ®TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough1 (16-ounce) container prepared chocolatefrostingNESTL ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-SweetChocolate Mini Morsels

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Paper-line 24 muffin cups.
  • Beat cake mix, water, eggs and oil inlarge mixer bowl on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on mediumspeed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Spoon about 1/4 cup batterinto each prepared muffin cup, filling about two-thirds full.
  • Cut cookie dough into 24 pieces; rolleach into a ball. Place one ball of dough in each muffin cup,pressing it to the bottom.
  • Bake for 19 to 22 minutes or until topsprings back when gently touched. Let cool for 15 minutes. Removeto wire rack to cool completely. Spread with frosting and sprinklewith morsels.

    Makes 24 cupcakes.
