Sunshine Fruit Smoothie recipe

Fresh and frozen fruit join forces to createa refreshing drink brimming with vitamins and fiber.

Recipe: Sunshine Fruit Smoothie

1 cup California seedless grapes
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup peeled sliced oranges
1/2 cup peeled sliced banana

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.Blend until mixture is smooth.

    Makes 2 servings.

    Cooking Tip: For a thicker consistency,freeze grapes before blending ingredients. To freezegrapes: rinse, dry and spread grapes in a single layer in a cakeor pie pan. Freeze 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until solidly frozen.
