Strawberry Grapefruit Cooler recipe

A refreshing, sparkling strawberry andgrapefruit juice cooler.

Recipe: Strawberry GrapefruitCooler

1 cup frozen sliced California Strawberriesin syrup, partially thawed
1/2 cup pink grapefruit juice
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
4 to 6 cubes ice (about 1/2 cup)
1/2 can of lemon-lime soda
Whole fresh California Strawberries for garnish

  • In a blender combine first four ingredientsuntil smooth. Stir in lemon-lime soda and pour into serving glasses.Garnish each with a whole strawberry.

    Makes 2 to 3 servings.
