Strawberry Cheesecake.

Try this cheesecake covered with strawberriesand strawberry jam at your next holiday get-together. The creamyfilling and heavenly strawberries melt in your mouth.

Recipe: Strawberry Cheesecake

Crust:1 1/2 cups BIMBO Bread Crumbs6 tablespoons butter, melted1/3 cup granulated sugarFilling:2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, atroom temperature5 large eggs1 (14-ounce) can NESTL LA LECHERASweetened Condensed Milk1/4 cup NESTL ® CARNATION®Evaporated Milk1/3 cup all-purpose flour1 tablespoon lemon juiceFresh strawberries, stemmed and cut inhalf1/2 cup strawberry jam, warmedFresh mint sprigs for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • For Crust: Combine bread crumbs, butterand sugar in medium bowl. Press onto bottom and 2 inches up sideof 10-inch springform pan.
  • For Filling: Place cream cheese, eggs,sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, flour and lemon juicein blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared crust.
  • Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until centeris set when shaken.
  • Cool in pan on wire rack. Refrigerateuntil completely chilled. Arrange strawberries over top of cheesecake;drizzle with jam. Garnish with mint.
