No need to roll and cut-out these sugarcookies! Fill up the cookie jar fast with these scrumptious treats!
Recipe: Stir-‘N-Drop SugarCookies
2 cups all-purpose flour2 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 large eggs2/3 cup vegetable oil2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 teaspoon grated lemon rind3/4 cup granulated sugarExtra sugar for dipping
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a medium bowl combine flour, bakingpowder and salt; set aside.
Combine eggs, oil, vanilla and lemon rindin a large mixing bowl; beating well. Addsugar and beat until well blended. Stir in flour until just mixed.
Drop dough by tablespoonfuls 2-inchesapart onto ungreased baking sheets. Flattencookies with greased bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightlybrowned. Transfer immediately to wire racksto cool. Store in airtight containers.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
