Recipe: Spinach Dip
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach,thawed1 packet of Knorr brand vegetable soupmix1 teaspoon dry onion soup mix (mix wellbefore measuring)2 cups sour cream1/2 cup mayonnaise3 green onions, chopped
Makes about 4 1/2 cups dip.
Serving Suggestion: Hollow out a roundloaf of bread and fill with the dip.Cut the middle section of the bread intodesired shape and place around the dip along with an assortment of fresh vegetables.
