These spinach and cheese stuffed bagelbites are as easy to make as they are tasty.
Recipe: Spinach-Cheese BagelBites
4 one-day-old bagels
4 ounces fresh spinach, stems removed, chopped (about 4 cups)
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Makes 32 appetizers.
*Note: Bagel crumbs can be discarded orsaved for use as bread crumbs or croutons.
