Recipe: Spicy Meatballs
1 pound lean ground beef
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Makes 4 servings.
- If preferred, meatballs can be cookedin a large frying pan on top of the stove. Cook over medium-highheat, turning the pan to brown all sides; Cook until meatballsare cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Serve as an hors d’oeuvres on toothpickswith a sweet-and-sour sauce, or serve as a main dish over pasta.
