Spicy Crabmeat Tacos recipe
Luscious seafood paired with spicy salsagives these tacos flavors of the ocean. Seasoned with fresh cilantroand chopped green bell pepper, these spicy crabmeat tacos hitthe spot with landlubbers too!
Recipe: Spicy Crabmeat Tacos
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
9 ounces crabmeat, imitation crabmeat or cooked white fish, shredded
3/4 cup homestyle salsa
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup peeled, seeded and finely chopped cucumber
6 (6-inch) corn tortillas, warmedLime wedges for accompaniment
