Spiced Pumpkin Nut Bread.

This exquisitely moist loaf bread featuresa delicate pumpkin and spice flavor, and adds a seasonal flairto any meal.

Recipe: Spiced Pumpkin NutBread

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 (15-ounce) can LIBBY’S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup Apple Flavor LIBBY’S® JUICY JUICE® 100% Juice
4 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped nuts – divided use

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
  • Sift flour, pumpkin pie spice, bakingpowder, baking soda and salt into medium bowl. Combine pumpkin,sugar, juice, eggs, vegetable oil and vanilla extract in largebowl; stir well. Stir in flour mixture and 3/4 cup nuts justuntil moistened. Spoon into prepared loaf pans. Sprinkle remainingnuts over top of loaves.
  • Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until woodenpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wirerack for 10 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely.

    Makes 2 loaves (16 servings).
