Sparkling Rose Tea Punch recipe

A splash of triple sec adds a warm orangescent to this strawberry tea punch. Wonderful for a luncheonor open house at the holidays.

Recipe: Sparkling Rose TeaPunch

4 cups water
8 teabags, preferably black tea
1 (16-ounce) package frozen strawberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup crushed ice
1 cup club soda
1/4 cup Triple Sec

  • In a medium saucepan, bring water to aboil. Add teabags, cover, and brew for 5 minutes. Remove thetea bags and refrigerate until very cold, at least 1 hour.
  • In a blender or food processor, processfrozen strawberries, sugar and crushed ice at high speed untilsmooth. Stir into chilled tea; strain if desired. Justbefore serving, stir in club soda and triple sec.
