Sparkling Peaches & Cream recipe

Sparkling Peaches and Cream.Whirl together frozen peaches,milk, a little sugar and vanilla until smooth, transfer to apitcher and stir in lemon-lime soda for a sparkling peaches andcream treat.

Recipe: Sparkling Peaches& Cream

2 1/4 cups 2% milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (16-ounce) package frozen unsweetened peach slices
1 (12-ounce) can lemon-lime carbonated beverage, chilledSlice almonds for garnish (optional)

  • In a blender container, combine 2% milk,sugar and vanilla. Add half of the peaches. Cover; blend untilsmooth. Add remaining peaches. Cover; blend until smooth.
  • Transfer mixture to pitcher. Slowly pourin carbonated beverage. Stir gently.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with almondslices, if desired.

    Makes 6 (8-ounce) servings.
