Southwestern Grilled Chops recipe

Spicy up your grill with these chops. Servewith grilled summer vegetables and icy cold watermelon.

Recipe: Southwestern GrilledChops

4 boneless pork chops, 1 1/2-inch-thick
1 (4 1/2-ounce) can chopped green chiles
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
Salsa, as desired

  • Puree chiles, garlic, vinegar and cuminin blender container. Marinate chops in this mixture 4 to 24hours, refrigerated.
  • Remove chops from marinade (discardingmarinade) and grill over medium-hot coals for 12 to 15 minutes,turning once.
  • Serve with salsa.

    I was craving a chopped salad and found this recipe. It was amazing and so easy! I added shredded chicken seasoned with taco seasonings, purple onions and mozzarella cheese as a topping. I now think I d like to marry this salad! So dang good and I ll make it again. Do you buy the tortilla strips pre-made? Where can I find these? Thank you for your recipes. Everything I have tried so far is fabulous. I am sharing your site with my friends!
