Southern Praline Pecan Cake recipe

A scrumptious, ‘cake-mix-easy’, fix-it-upand call it homemade southern praline pecan Bundt cake.

Recipe: Southern PralinePecan Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package butter pecan cakemix1 (16-ounce) container ready-to-spreadcoconut pecan frosting4 large eggs3/4 cup vegetable oil1 cup water1 cup pecans, chopped

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  • Combine in large bowl, cake mix, frosting,eggs, oil, water and 1/2 cup pecansand beat for 2 minutes with electric mixer.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of pecans intoprepared Bundt pan and pour cake batterover pecans.
  • Bake for 55 minutes or until a woodenpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Makes 12 servings.
