Recipe: Sourdough Pancakesof Alaska
1 cup sourdough starter (see recipe)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup warm water
1 large egg
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Makes 8 to 10 pancakes.
