3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt2 cups packed brown sugar1 cup butter4 large eggs4 large or 5 small bananas, mashed1 cup sour cream2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup butter4 cups powdered sugar1/4 cup sour cream1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To Make Frosting: Mix1/2 cup of butter , 4 cups powdered sugar and 1/4 cup sour cream(more if needed). Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and beat untilfluffy and of spreading consistency.
Makes 12 servings.
