To accompany the homemade crackers we wanted to simple, yet flavorful dip recipe and fresh white bean dip seems to satisfy any hungry crowd. Since we still have spicy on the mind, it seems to appropriate to add a bit of fresh heat to this earthy and white bean dip. Ohh .how did I miss that this is just the sauce I had in my potatoes and eggs?? Just diced up potatoes, sauteed in butter till tender and dark brown on the edges. Beat the eggs with a squirt of sauce, and cook over the poatoes. I often add some cheese on top. So yummy and filling!
