Recipe: Smoky Tomato BarbecueSauce
1 (18-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup spicy honey mustard
1/4 cup hickory-smoked Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne (ground red pepper)
1/8 teaspoon gound black pepper
Makes about 4 cups.
